We exchange many emails per year. For our business model, email works best and allows us to send links to products, provide recommendations, and be as efficient as possible with our responses back to you. If the conversation evolves to where it makes more sense to talk on the phone, we can set up a Zoom call, but we really try to stick with email where possible.
